Murderous parasitic twins need love too, and they get it in Basket Case 3: The Progeny (1992). Duane Bradley (Kevin Van Hentenryck) has been separated from his monstrous conjoined twin, Belial, and locked up in a psychiatric hospital for “unique individuals”.
