Basket Case 2 (1990)

Kevin Von Hentryck and his parasitic twin escape the hospital that had been holding them and seek sanctuary in Basket Case 2 (1990). They find it in the home of a freak-loving granny. Not only does she take the two ghouls in, they even find love. Heather Rattray briefly exposes her boobies, but before Von Hentryck can cop a feel their newfound happiness is interrupted by a pesky investigative journalist played by Kathryn Meisle. But in a surprise ending she gets the tables turned on her. "Gee, Marcy, you should see yourself--you're the freak now," Von Hentryck tells her. You'll freak out!
