A Rage in Harlem (1991) is based on the bestselling pulps by Chester Hines, who created a black hard-boiled Harlem a decade before Iceberg Slim. Unlike Slim, though, Hines was not a pimp. But that doesn't mean his twisted tales of life on the streets weren't dirty. In this story, Robin Givens plays a gold digger after a gravedigger, and she uses every weapon in her arsenal to get her man. That should read ass-enal, because when Robin moons her bulbous cheeks, there's not a man alive who can resist her booty-licious charms.
