The Wilby Conspiracy (1975)

The Wilby Conspiracy (1975) is an Australian drama about a black anti-apartheid activist and British engineer who flees from the South African secret police. But first Prunella Gee, let’s just take a moment to examine her name. It starts off old-fashioned, conservative even, and then ends with an exclamation of what we can only call pleasure. That about sums up our beautiful star. She appears to be just one of many, nothing so unusual about her, until we see her in her undergarments driving a Jeep. That should be a clue as to the potential of this actress. Then, later, we find her all shy and “Don’t look at my tits” in a bubble bath. But does she really not want us to look at her boobs? She crosses her arms above those sweet sacks and gives us a peek, and all we can say is, “Gee.”
