The Wait (2013)

Sisters Emma (Chloë Sevigny) and Angela (Jena Malone) have their lives turn upside down when their mother unexpectedly dies in the supernatural drama The Wait (2014). While Angela gets her mother’s body cleaned and dressed up for the mortician, Emma fields a cryptic phone call from a stranger with psychic abilities that notifies her that mom will soon return. Lost somewhere between gullibility and grief, Emma tries to convince her sis to keep the corpse at home and wait for the foretold resurrection. While the gals wait for their good mother to rise, the sisters struggle with distinguishing what’s real and what’s not. What’s real nice is that Chloë Sevigny shows breasts and partial butt while curled up in a bathtub. A naked Chloë is always worth the wait!
