The Scorned (2005)

Real estate law and common decency dictate that leasing agents must disclose any recent murders that have occurred in a beach house that is up for rent, but the market for Malibu shoreline housing is so desperate that a vacationing group of young, charming, and comely couples moves into a seaside cottage despite a love triangle among the previous tenants having ended with two females slain and a man reduced to a babbling infant. These summer renters are about to learn that B-movie infamy has no fury like The Scorned (2005). One by one, the loving couples unravel in acts of sexual betrayal and violent rampage. Rescue can only come through a spooky spiritualist who is almost as scary as the angel of bloody vengeance.
