The Ledge (2011)

A sinful tryst sets the stage for a religious battle of the wills in the Matthew Chapman thriller The Ledge (2011), not to be confused with the adventure film The Ledge (2022) starring Anaïs Parello. In this pic, Shana Harris (Liv Tyler) is a good Christian wife — who just happens to be having an extramarital affair with her atheist boss Gavin Nichols (Charlie Hunnam). Maybe he should believe in God if he’s sleeping with a goddess like Ms. Tyler! When Shana’s fundamentalist husband (Patrick Wilson) discovers her illicit activities, he loses his cool and pushes Gavin out onto the ledge of his apartment building. The vengeful spouse gives Gavin a choice: accept God and jump from the building or someone else will die in one hour. If this dilemma perplexes you, you’re not alone. Film reviewers panned the pic and movie goers were no-shows, making it both a critical and box office flop. But Mr. Skin sees some redemption in the flick thanks to Ms. Tyler. You could say the skintastic actress seems to be heaven-sent in her devilishly pious part since the movie marks her first nude scene in ten years. After touting her perfect pokies on camera, Liv lets us glance at her bra-clad cans. Breast of all, she reveals her rack in the sack with her secret lover. Talk about sweet mam-otion! Things get even more arousing when Gavin lavishes the sexy brunette’s lower lips with a dose of oral pleasure. Now, that’s certainly something to Liv for!
