The film follows a man who must return to his hometown after his mother becomes sick and need surgery. The film was The Office star John Krasinski’s directorial debut. In 2016, Anna Kendrick was nominated for a Teen Choice Award for her work in The Hollars. The mesmerizing Mary Elizabeth Winstead shows some skin for her role as Gwen.
