The Hater (2020) is a jarring film for the 2020s ere from director Jan Komasa that accurately shows how social media affects people's lives. This mainstream Polish feature film briefly had a theatrical run before being on-demand only 12 days later due to the coronavirus, so even with that, this movie is as modern as it gets. This Polish film examines the socio-psychotic behavior of a young man who tries to get a social media presence in order to get friends and followers even while the world has more important issues are at hand. With hatred and violence brewing, he continues to use social media and twist narratives to make himself look and feels better. While he's doing that, so is every young person around him. It's the disease of the time!Vanessa Aleksanderplays Gabi Krasucka stands in front of a mirror while only wearing her bra and panties. She examines her body in a full-length mirror and even measures herself. She sucks in her already very skinny stomach and ties a tape measurer around the smallest part of her waist. She's so small!
