The Criminal Mind (1996)

Only in the movies do two brothers grow up to play opposite ends of the field as they do in The Criminal Mind (1996). In this thriller, a young district attorney visits his older brother, who happens to be a Mafia boss. The mobster makes his brother and his girlfriend witness a double murder, then sets it up so that an Asian crime gang thinks the DA is responsible for the slaying. These guys make Cain and Abel seem like Abbott and Costello. Speaking of show-business heavyweights, the movie stars Tahnee Welch, daughter of top-heavy Raquel Welch.
