The Creeps (1997) is a low budget horror movie that attempts to wrangle up some of the most iconic monsters—Dracula, The Wolfman, The Mummy, and Frankenstein—all together to create a tongue-in-cheek mishmash. A mad scientist aims to bring all these monsters back, but a slight glitch occurs and all the monsters are only three feet tall. They also, being the creatures of habit that they are, don’t really care for following his orders, and chaos ensues. To the credit of the low-budget way of doing things, very often the nudity acts as a saving grace for an otherwise dismissible product. Campy humor and boobs go together like none other, and in this feature we’re treated to Kristin Norton, who’s tied up and felt up by the little monsters. Whatever you do, don’t do the ‘Does size matter?’ conversation.
