The Bride (2015) never names it's titular character, nor does it specify the time or place of the film. Instead, it follows "The Bride" (Inma Cuesta) on her wedding day as she marries a childhood friend—The Groom. Their pal from their younger days, Leonardo, is the only named character in the film, and though he is married with a baby, he is in love with the Bride, and she with him. Shortly after her wedding, they elope together and escape their lives on horseback, angering The Groom to the point of uncontrollable violence. He comes after the pair, and as the Bride enters a total psychosis that includes a prolonged look at her bare boobs, everyone's worlds unravel.
