Model turned off-Broadway actress turned full-time night-emission fodder, Bronx bombshell Tanya Roberts began appearing in film roles that played to her buxom strengths such as The Yum-Yum Girls (1976) and California Dreaming (1979). In Tourist Trap (1979), the camera dispensed with all the preliminaries and just focused on her long and lovely legs. In 1980 Tanya signed on to replace Shelly Hack on TV's jiggleriffic Charlie's Angels. After one season of strip-searches and concealing weapons in her bikini, Roberts went back to big-screen horror films and T&A exploitation. Tanya's best known for the sword-and-sandal epics Beastmaster (1982) and Sheena, Queen of the Jungle (1984), in which she showed Marc Singer that a hot, naked girl can be even more fun than a sackfull of muskrats. Tanya tumbled back into TV as Velda in Mike Hammer: Murder Me, Murder You (1983), where she had viewers ready to aim and shoot! After skintastic stints in sexy flicks such as Inner Sanctum (1991), Tanya scored yet another signature TV role as "Midge Pinciotti" on That '70s Show. Perfect casting, as no one else would be hot enough to play ravishing redhead Laura Prepon's mother. But someone should have told the show's writers that you're never too old to breastfeed!
