You’ll get more bang for your buck with Tamara Clatterbuck. Sorry. Had to be done. Mr. Skin couldn’t stop it. But in reality, it’s true, because this Seattle-born sweetheart blonde is worth more than pennies for her thoughts. A fixture on daytime television for almost two decades, she played the character of Alice Johnson on The Young and the Restless from 1998-2000, then again from 2017; as well as Barb Reiber on Days of Our Lives from 2001-2002. Using the name Tami Bakke early in her career, she lit up a lot of funny little flicks like Hobgoblins (1988) and Vice Academy (1989), then did a round of TV show pop-ups that lasted for 30 years, starting with Murphy Brown in 1990, and ending with All Rise in 2019, and including such primetime programs as A Different World; Hang Time; Murder One; Beverly Hills, 90210; Team Knight Rider; Mike Hammer, Private Eye; Silk Stalkings; NYPD Blue, Profiler, The X-Files, The Division, The Mind of the Married Man; ER;CSI; The Mentalist; Cold Case; Nip/Tuck; Drop Dead Diva; Criminal Minds; and The Bridge—in other words, lots and lots of characters and scripts. In between all these one-shot appearances, Tamara was also doing TV movies and big-screen films. She was Barbara Hall in the HBO movie Blind Side (1993), and stripped down to her lace panties and naked tiny twosomes to join Rutger Hauer in a hot tub while Rebecca De Mornay looked on. She played Luther’s girlfriend in Set It Off (1996) with bared breasts beneath her man before getting crashed by Queen Latifah. And in Lewis & Clark & George (1997), she played a topless hooker with very perky pokies, while Rose McGowan was otherwise occupied. Bang. Buck. Pow!
