Smiley (2022)

A modern, queer Spanish rom com about two unlucky-in-love gay men Alex (Carlos Cuevas) and Bruno (Miki Espabé) who accidentally cross paths when Alex leaves Bruno an angry voicemail after getting his heart broken instead of Lola, the person who actually dumps him. Also a part of the story is Vero (Meritxell Calvo), Alex’s lesbian bestie, and her lover Patricia (Giannina Fruttero). Their relationship takes a turn after they bring in a friend (Carla Linares) for a gleesome threesome plus Ann Perello gets handsy with Meritxell while they make out in a backroom. Despite not showing much skin, there’s more than enough sexy-girl-on-girl action to make you smile!
