The slaughter-fest that kicked off the unique gender bender slasher classic Sleepaway Camp (1983) and returned in Sleepaway Camp II: Unhappy Campers (1988) reaches a semi conclusion (emphasis on semi) in Sleepaway Camp III: Teenage Wasteland (1988). Also known as Nightmare Vacation III, the chiller diller offers plenty of bloody babes! Pamela Springsteen (yes, the real life sis of The Boss) reprises the lead role of Angela, the franchise’s transsexual camper turned counselor turned executioner. This time around, Angela infiltrates a summer outing for wayward teens and takes to dispatching them in her usual creative fashion. Instead of using the homosexual panic of the original film, this version gives straight male audience members a bounty of female nudity. Just seconds into the movie, we get to see Kashina Kessler’s petite peaks and black lace briefs. If that’s not hot enough, a bevy of topless hotties steam up the screen in the bunkhouse. In other words, we’re treated to views of the big bare boobs on Jill Terashita and Stacie Lambert while wallflower Kim Wall touts her bra-clad buds. Breast of all, Ms. Lambert sheds her threads again when her character gets laid. Obviously, she forgot the number one rule of teen horror flicks: DON’T HAVE SEX! Alas the lass does, so she and her older fella get offed for getting off. At least, we get to see a whole lot of jiggling juggage in the process. Subsequent releases include Return to Sleepaway Camp (2008) and Mr. Skin after watching this flick’s nakedness!
