Shock (1977)

The haunted house is a motif that never ceases to offer thrills and chills in the horror genre. Director Mario Bava finds new ways to scare the pants off us in his take on this tried and true formula with Shock (1977), where a couple is terrorized in their new home by the vengeful ghost of the woman’s former husband, who possesses her young son. Of course Bava knows not only to scare the pants off his audience, he takes them off his actresses too, such as Daria Nicolodi. She bares a perfect little ass to prove it.
