Secerna vodica (1983)

Secerna vodica (1983), or Sugar Water, is a comedy from the former country of Yugoslavia. The film tells the story of Branka (Sonja Savic) a girl who finds herself constantly mocked for her boyish appearance and her lack of sexual experience. Sick of being known as a tomboy, she decides to visit a plastic surgeon and have some rhinoplasty done in order to dramatically change her appearance. After her nose job everyone, including her once platonic best friend, begins to look at her in a whole new light. Sonja Savic definitely elevates this film to a three-star effort with some fantastic full frontal action. When she strips for her new lover, post-surgery, we get a glimpse of her marvelous mams and her hairy clam. Although the shot is bit blurry, due to what looks like a photoshop mishap, there's no denying those dingers are delightful. This Serbian babe is a sugary sensation!
