Originally titled The Killer Behind the Mask, this film chose to shorten its name by the time of its release, nearly three years after filming completion. It’s the story about a group of friends who leave the bustle of New York City to head upstate for a vacation, the main purpose of which is to see a boat being constructed. During their stay they get the eerie feeling that someone is watching them, and it turns out their suspicions are warranted. A murderer wearing a demented Halloween mask has been stalking them since they left.
If you follow the correct rules of horror movies, you need to throw some nudity in. So Marilyn Hamlin, playing Marie, and Caitlin O’Heaney, playing Shirley, are our skin treats for this adventure.
