Salvage (2009)

A quiet seaside neighborhood is turned upside down when a mysterious shipping container washes ashore in Salvage (2009). Jodie (Linzey Cocker) is spending Christmas with her estranged mother, Beth (Neve McIntosh), and it's off to a terrible start when she shows up early and catches her mom in flagrante with a one night stand, Kieran (Shaun Dooley). But these ladies will soon have much bigger problems when the streets are flooded with trigger-happy soldiers who are trying to contain the monstrous contents of a beached shipping container.
