The monster in this gory comedy is put together by an insanely ambitious music agent, who sews on Elvis Presley's face, Jimi Hendrix's hands and, here's the problem, Liberace's penis before giving his creation life. No, a flamboyant Las Vegas pianist wasn't first choice in the meat department, but the agent's inept assistant burned Jim Morrison's pecker in hydrochloric acid. Don't you hate when that happens? The hot naked ladies in the movie aren't too happy either. The monster can only bang big-boobed Joan Gerardi from behind with a gay porno mag on her backside. And poor Kate Fallon has to dress like a man (but she still looks hot) to turn on the twisted rocker. If there's a rock 'n' roll heaven, don't look for Rock 'n' Roll Frankenstein (1999) there.
