When a group of government paranormal researchers are sent to investigate a disturbance, they come across mad genius Andre Toulon’s demonic puppets who attack them in an effort to collect their brain tissue so Toulon can use it to animate other creatures. Thus is the plot for Puppet Master II (1990) the second in what would become an ongoing franchise about demonic puppets reining terror.
