Psychic Experiment (2010)

A sleepy suburb is the site of a sinister scheme in Psychic Experiment (2010). Cole Grey (Denton Blaine Everett) is a research scientist who has just accepted a job in a new town. There’s nothing remarkable about the town, except for the mysterious corporate building known as “The Facility” that dominates the residents’ lives. As Cole discovers, that building is behind a growing tide of death, dismemberment, and mental disturbances that is rocking the idyllic community. Paranormal Activity’s Katie Featherston co-stars as a local resident, with scream queen Debbie Rochon as a sinister scientist. You don’t have to be psychic to spot skin from Heather Westwood and J.J.
