Think of Condemned (2015) as one part haunted house and one part zombie horror flick. Maya (Dylan Penn, daughter of Oscar winner Sean Penn) is sick of her parents fighting so she moves in with her boyfriend who lives in a condemned building filled with junkies and homeless people. When a virus is let loose in the building it turns the inhabitants into rampaging maniacs leaving Maya and her friends to fight for their lives.
