In a fine show of cultural diversity, a psycho brings the headhunting traditions of New Guinea to a Boston college. Plenty of sexy gals get denogginated and have their heads turn up in various liquid settings (pools, a stew, etc.). It’s all very tawdry, with plenty of gratuitous sexual settings prior to decapitation. But Night School (1981) also seems kind of classy, thanks to the presence of TV mini-series icon Rachel Ward as a terrorized gal trying to not lose her head. Fortunately, she’s pretty quick to lose her clothes.
