Absolutely fabulous Australian-born actress/singer/dancer Nell "Little Nell" Campbell is best known on these shores as the deliciously demented Columbia, an "associate" of Dr. Frank-N-Furter in the midnight movie classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975), a role she created in the original 1973 London stage production. Nell's fire-engine-red mane and equally crimson nipples--which popped into view a handful of times--remain some of the film's most memorable images. As the film began to develop its legendary cult status, Nell's nipple-popping naughtiness was further exploited in such entries as Lisztomania (1975) opposite Roger Daltrey and Jubilee (1977). Roles in a handful of other movies followed, including one in Rocky's quasi-sequel Shock Treatment (1981), but after Nell moved to the States in the early '80s, she took a stab at the nightclub business. The result was the self-named Nell's, which opened in 1987 and is still going strong today. There have been no official reports of the skintuations that have transpired behind those late-night doors.
