NCIS (2003-2018)

The investigative-crime-drama craze sets sail with NCIS, a stunningly successful CBS series that had the world wondering how there could possibly be so many unsolved murders involving the Navy. Lasting twenty seasons and counting, and launching four separate spinoffs, the show itself is a spinoff of CBS' Naval law drama JAG. The show follows the Washington DC based Naval Criminal Investigative Service, as they investigate crimes all sorts of interesting crimes involving the Navy and the Marines. 1980s TV mainstay and former UCLA football quarterback Mark Harmon heads up the cast as they bust the baddies, no bellbottoms or boats needed. Aiding him, for a while at least, are are the wisecracking field agent Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), the badass special agent Ziva David (Cote de Pablo), the old doctor Ducky (David McCallum), and the quirky forensic specialist Abby (Pauley Perrette). Audiences revel at the chance to eyeball the always-alluring Lauren Holly week after week, but raven-maned minx Pauley Perrette is quite a draw as forensics specialist the pigtailed goth gal who eschews dowdy lab coats in favor of short miniskirts. And on top of the series regulars we want to get on top of, there's guest stars like Nadia Bjorlin who is boilin hot in an open robe that flashes her bikini bosoms, Deanna Russo in her bra and undies. and Maria Bello saying hello as a constantly in her bathing suit surfer babe. After seeing all those women, it's not hard to see why NCIS has been on CBS for so long. NCIS is NICE!
