Misconduct (2016) is a VOD voyage through a massive pharmaceutical conspiracy not unlike one that's really happened. Josh Duhamel is our protagonist, a young lawyer named Ben hellbent on making his mark at a firm run by Al Pacino. His ex-girlfriend Emily (Malin Akerman) approaches him with damning information about her current boyfriend Arthur (Anthony Hopkins) and his seedy dealings as a pharm executive. He caused hundreds of death by glossing over important clinical trials, paying off companies to forge them, and now that Ben has the information he needs to take him down, he goes after Arthur aggressively. The only problem? Arthur didn't get to his high position by playing fair, and he does a number of things to totally ruin both the case and Ben's life, including killing Emily and framing him for it. It's really a shame too, because Malin gives us a great look at her topless tatas when she tries (and somehow fails) to seduce the very married Ben. What a parting gift!
