Mio figlio Nerone

Mio figlio Nerone (1956)

No Nudity

Review

Alberto Sordi stars as the Roman emperor Nero in the historical comedy Mio figlio Nerone (1956). When Nero goes to the seashore on holiday, he wants to star in a musical production. Seneca (Vittorio De Sica) and other advisors want to talk to Nero about war and politics, but all the big lug is interested in doing is singing, dancing, and making merry. One look at Brigitte Bardot as Poppea, in a see-through toga, and you'll just want to make a mess.
