Le marginal (1983)

A Marseille police officer shows off his gusto by grabbing a shipment of heroin after jumping out of a helicopter and onto a speedboat and throwing it all in the water. The police officer, Philippe Jordan, is the prime target now for the drug lord, Mecacci, and through his channels of power, gets Jordan transferred to another unit where he can’t interfere so much with his affairs. But being the born vigilante that he is, Jordan continues to fight the drug cartel. Mecacci kills off one of Jordan’s best friends and Jordan retaliates stronger than before. Then Mecacci attempts to lure Jordan into an elaborate trap, but it’s not strong enough to trick him.

Laetitia Gabrielli, as she’s being carried along by a dude and looking about ready to pass out, shows some massive cleavage that spills out of her dress and occasionally shows a nipple. There’s nothing marginal about those things!
