Jeanne Eagels (1957)

The road to fame is paved with hoochie coochie dancing in the biopic Jeanne Eagels (1957). Kim Novak stars as Jeanne, who is recruited by carnival barker Sal Satori (Jeff Chandler) after failing to win a beauty contest. He gives her a job as a striptease dancer in a carnival, and eventually gives her a bone as her lover. But Jeanne wants more, and when the carnival rolls into New York City, she jumps ship to train with drama coach Mrs. Neilson (Agnes Moorehead). Once she’s had a taste of stardom, Jeanne’s lust for fame knows no bounds, and will lead her down a dark path of booze, pills, sex and death.Lavender-blonde beauty Kim Novak turns on the hoochie coochie charm with a seductive Arabian bellydance 11 minutes in, and seemingly bares butt crack cavorting in the sea 30 minutes in.
