Patsy Kensit is Maureen, a mental patient who lost her mind after being tortured by a murderous maniac years before in the horror thriller Hell's Gate (2002). She becomes convinced that her doctor (Patrick Muldoon) is a reincarnation of Jack the Ripper and she is his reincarnated accomplice and terrorizes the doctor and his hot wife (Amy Locane). Patsy and Amy keep their clothes on, but Zoe Paul, who appears uncredited as the young Maureen, shows boobs, butt, and bush in a shocking torture scene. Your Peter will like Paul.
