The enigmatic romantic drama Heaven Knows What (2014) plumbs the depths of self destructive behavior. The relationship between Ilya (Caleb Landry Jones) and Harley (Arielle Holmes) is fueled in equal parts by love, loathing, and heroin. This combustible and deadly mix leads Ilya to ask Harley to do the unthinkable to prove her love for him... Slit her wrists. She must now determine what she loves more: Ilya, herself, or the heroin. Only one will come out on top. Thankfully this depressing film is broken up by a knockout nude scene at the 67-minute mark! Arielle Holmes sits in the tub contemplating slitting her wrists and we get a nice look at her breasts! Things only get better as the clip goes on, however, as at the very end of the clip, she stands up and shows off her fully shaved full frontal!
