Good Boy (2020)

Good Boy (2020) is a part of Hulu's Into the Dark series which features a monthly original horror film coinciding with either seasonal events or holidays or just whatever is gripping the nation at the moment. This episode is based on Pet Appreciation Week. Odd choice, right? Well, not when you see what this is all about. In this "episode", Judy Greer stars as Maggie, a journalist at local paper who is trying to find love and happiness in her life while also avoiding her horrible landlord. She wants to freeze her eggs because she isn't sure when she'll find a future mate, but when she looks into that she winds up being convinced by a friend to get an emotional support dog. She shelters the dog and falls in love with him because he's so darn cute, but the dog has a vicious streak. The dog wants to protect his new owner at all costs. When she goes on a date with a sleazy dude, the dog winds up killing him. The dog attacks and kills anyone who gives his beloved new dog mom a hard time. Judy treats her fur baby well and shows appreciation for the killings by popping out her breasts and holding the dog close to her chest. It is a body double, however, which is likely good because it appears that Judy is about to breastfeed her dog. She might be taking this whole pet adoption thing a little too seriously! Or a little too sexily - depending on how you prefer to see it. When you watch this scene, you'll feel like a very Good Boy.
