Froid comme l'été (2002)

Froid comme l'été (2002), or Cold as Summer, is a French drama about a neglectful young mother named Rachel (Sarah Grappin) who makes a terrible decision with life changing consequences. Rachel is depicted as a fun loving young woman who feels burdened by her child, so she frequently leaves the infant with her neighbors to look after. She finally feels compelled to run away from her life and her child, but her decision to do so is not without consequences, and when a childless detective gets involved in the case, things go south in a hurry. Sarah Grappin may be a tough character to sympathize with, but her spectacular rack makes that choice a lot easier. She shows it off several times, sunbathing or sitting up in bed next to a passed out dude. Sarah's sensational spark plugs make this heavy drama worth sitting through.
