All it takes is one good detective to reign in a police force that, misled by the twin corrupting influences of easy money and unfettered power, has wandered astray. His partner's murder awakens the moral outrage of a go-along to get-along officer, and the only ally he can depend on is a morally loose woman whose unlikely love and valor will see him through a flaming storm of dirty blue hell.
