Criminal Passion (1994)

There's a serial killer making the rounds of L.A., slashing the throats of hot young ladies just after they've gotten laid. Copper Joan Severence is on the case, but work turns unruly when the suspect becomes her one-and-only in Criminal Passion (1994). With her ex-lover partner Anthony John Denison, moan-worthy Joan works her butt off to get to the bottom of all the rottenness—but she doesn't even fathom just how much Anthony wants her bootyful backside back. When their playboy prime suspect John Allen Nelson comes on to Joan, she ends up taking him up on the boff offer, leaving Anthony, who thinks he's guilty as sin, worried for her life (and more than a little envious). Now Joan has to make a decision: Which man should she trust with her luscious muff?
