Contract to Kill (2016) is an action film written and directed by Keoni Waxman and starring Steven Seagal, Russell Wong, and Jemma Dallender. This action-packed drama follows a CIA/DEA agent who heads to Istanbul along with his team in order to stop a terrorist group using a drug smuggling route in order to carry out an attack on the United States.
