Carandiru (2003)

The Brazilian anthology film Carandiru (2003) follows an idealistic doctor who decides to begin an HIV prevention program in the titular Sao Paolo prison, which is currently at twice its capacity. As he gets to know the various prisoners, the stories of their lives, and the incidents that landed them in prison in the first place, he begins to see hope for many of them. Just before leaving the prison, he arranges a prison-wide soccer tournament, sure to boost the morale of the prisoners, but little does he realize that he may have just incited a revolution that's been quietly bubbling beneath the surface for some time! Sadly the film is something of a sausage fest since it takes place mostly in prison, but some of the flashbacks give us some much needed sexiness! In addition to plenty of looks at Aida Leiner in her undies, we also get a scintillating look at Julia Ianina in a bikini, and a cleavage-baring sex scene with Maria Luisa Mendonca! That should have you doing some hard time!
