Born on September 11, 1960, in Los Angeles, California, Anne Ramsay isn't your typical Southern California girl. She doesn't have bleached blonde hair or even big meaty breasts. But if you like a plain Jane with a small pair who sports some of the thickest nipples west of the Mississippi, then Anne is probably your cup of tease.
