The yummy Yasmine Akram was born in the United Arab Emirates but moved to Drogheda, Ireland at only 18 months old. Her father is Pakistani and her mother is from Drogheda, so Yasmine is one of the spiciest Irish dishes we've ever come across! She began her performing arts career as a young teen, acting with the Calipo Theatre and the Picture Company in her native Ireland. Then she moved to London, where she continued her training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. After graduation, Yasmine embarked on a screen acting career that landed her on the shows Love Is the Drug, Peep Show, L.O.L, Common Ground, It's Kevin, London Irish, The Midnight Beast, The Centre, Count Arthur Strong, Sherlock, and many others.
