What's Up, Doc? (1972) is a goofy comedy from the then up-and-coming director Peter Bogdanovich. His box office followup to his classic film The Last Picture Show was this silly comedy starring Ryan O'Neal and Barbra Streisand in San Francisco. How early 1970s can it get? This movie is a comedy-of-errors when four lookalike plaid suitcases get mixed up. One suitcase contains precious jewels and one contains government secrets from a whistleblower. These cases land in the possession of two music researchers who came to the city for a big grant. Now all four people are on a wild goose chase around the city as they seek to return the bags to the rightful owners. Wanna know what's in Barbra's bag? Her beautiful body! Before they do all of their running around, Barbra takes a nice soothing bath. We don't see much, but her sudsy shoulders in the bath are enticing. Then she gets out and has a towel wrapped around her little body. She looks tan, toned, and tight when she gets on top of Ryan and the towel rides up to show her thighs. It looks like the towel stops just below her buns. We're close to seeing her ass, but not quite. In other scenes, she wears a silky black top with a plunging neckline. The camera is positioned above her as she sits down in this blouse that gives us a little peek down into her cleavage. What's Up, Doc? It's young Barbra Streisand titillating her viewers!
