An incompetent gang of hoods tries--repeatedly--to kill a Mob boss in The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight (1971). A young Robert De Niro stars as Mario, a young Italian biker who gets caught up in the war between up-and-coming gangster Kid Sally (Jerry Orbach) and his Mafia rivals. Kid Sally's gang wants nothing more than to kill top boss Baccala (Lionel Sander), but every time he gets close one wacky slapstick mishap or another gets in the way. Leigh Taylor-Young co-stars as Kid Sally's daughter, and although the scene is shadowy, her gang moll meatballs as she changes clothes will turn your peashooter into a pump-action shotgun.
