Franco moves his cinematic canvas from Europe to a small, isolated New Mexico town. The maestro populates his off-kilter landscape with sexually profligate nubiles and a freshly arrived lady doctor who becomes the target for a marauding demoness in search of a fresh host body. The corpse count rises as the battle rages for the good doctor's soul.
