Legendary horror director Dario Argento made a long-anticipated return with the bizarre horror epic Trauma (1993), notable in that it was his first full-length US production. Fortunately, he also represented his Italian roots by casting daughter Asia Argento as a suicidal young woman who escapes from a psychiatric clinic. Nice guy Christopher Rydell tries to help her and soon finds himself involved in the hunt for the sicko who decapitated Asia’s parents. Plenty more folks then fall victim to the denogginator. Meanwhile, your own little head might blow its top, thanks to Asia and Laura Johnson losing the tops of their outfits.
