To Kill in Silence (1972)

To Kill in Silence (1972) isn’t what it sounds like. The title refers to the act of abortion, and the plot follows Sylva Koscina and her boyfriend, who has knocked up the blonde Croatian. He’s just a student and not ready for the manly duties of fatherhood, but Sylva wants to have her baby. Her mother, though, is pushing her toward the rusty hanger. What will Sylva do? The most important thing she does is get naked. And after seeing her meaty boobs, who could deny a young one the chance to suckle on those milky wonders?
