Penélope Cruz was so hot in the Spanish sci-fi flick Open Your Eyes (1997), that when Cameron Crowe opted to remake the flick as the Tom Cruise thriller Vanilla Sky (2001), he had Penélope play the exact same role. Smart man. After you see what she brought to the table, you'll understand why that body and face could not be replaced! When you’re a dashing playboy like César (Eduardo Noriega), you’ve got to break some eggs if you wanna make a carnal omelet! Problem is, at least one of those luscious ladies you jilt is gonna want you dead. When César hits on Sofia (Penélope Cruz), his former lover Nuria (Najwa Nimri) decides to drive into a cement wall with him in the passenger seat. Well, look who just got ugly! With his face a disaster, César starts wearing a creepy mask, until out of nowhere plastic surgeons can somehow make him look beautiful again, Sofia is all over him for some reason, and everything in his life is going great. But when Sofia somehow transforms into Nuria in the middle of sex, he kills her and winds up in jail. What's going on here? We won't spoil it, but it's a pretty wild twist ending. Before he kissed the concrete going eighty miles an hour, César had his way with tons of gorgeous women, which we get a small sample of. Najwa is the skinnier of the two, a black haired, pixie cut piece of tail who we get to see topless as she bones César. But while she's hot, like the mask wearing manwhore, we prefer Penélope. Miss Cruz flashes her phenomenal funbags while straddling César and asking if he loves her. Who could say no to those yabos? There's also a quick flash of her ass when they change positions.
