The Serpent (2021)

Acclaimed actor Tahar Rahim stars as the title character in the Netflix miniseries The Serpent. Premiering in the Spring of 2021, the series follows the true story of Charles Sobhraj (Rahim) who preyed as a wolf in sheep's clothing along Asia's so-called Hippie Trail in the 1970s. Sobhraj started small with robbing backpackers, but once he realized the potential for kidnapping teens of high profile individuals who set off on the Hippie Trail, his scheme becomes a full-fledged criminal enterprise! As a master of both disguises and voices, Sobhraj is able to work the trail undetected for years, employing his good friend and confidante Marie-Andrée Leclerc (Jenna Coleman) as a point-person, lookout, and eventually a recruiter. While they obviously have a "good thing going" so to speak, there's truly no honor among thieves and their relationship basically becomes a mind game over who will eventually get one over on the other. With the clock ticking and the cops nipping at their heels, they're both running out of time to tie up any loose ends and try to get away scot free. Nothing is ever so easy, however. We're sad to report that your Serpent might be wriggling a little less while watching this flick because there's no nudity! The always sexy Jenna Coleman shows off in some tight outfits and some loose fitting ones as well, while the gorgeous Mathilde Warnier gives us a couple of glimpses of her world class bikini body! Throw in some underwear scenes from the adorable Ellie de Lange and it's looking like your Serpent may yet slither again!
