The Obituary of Tunde Johnson (2021)

Time loop movies in the vein of Groundhog Day (1993) are all the rage lately and The Obituary of Tunde Johnson (2021) is the most recent film to play with the conceit. Steven Silver stars as the titular subject of said obituary, a gay black teenager who meets his end at the hands of a racist cop during a traffic stop. However, when Tunde is killed, he wakes up again at the beginning of the day, finding himself now trapped in a vicious cycle where he relives the last day of his life over and over again. We soon meet Tunde's two best friends, Marley (Nicola Peltz) and Soren (Spencer Neville), the latter of whom is a closeted bisexual who is having a sexual relationship with both Tunde and Marley of which neither of them are aware! Of course, with this being a time loop story, that secret won't stay hidden for long and it is among the many dark secrets being kept from Tunde in the lead up to his tragic death. It's up to him to discover the real reason for his death if he's ever going to break out of this vicious cycle in which he is now trapped! The gorgeous Nicola Peltz has some steamy scenes in this flick, including one where she lays on a bed in a yellow sun dress without underwear, briefly flashing her ass for the camera, before lowering it to show off her bra! She also keeps her bra on for another sex scene, though that flash of Nicola without her knickers is sure to have you writing an obituary for your semen!
