Taking a little different look at the traditional “girlfriend experience” involving escorts, the short comedy The Girlfriend Experience (2014) takes us in an unexpected direction. When Max (Graham Patrick Martin) is dumped by his girlfriend he is lonely and desperate so he gets online and hires an escort to give him the girlfriend experience. When she shows up she is everything he could dream of, tall, blonde, gorgeous, and very friendly. Max envisions himself having a night of mind-blowing sex with her, only to find out that this “girlfriend” would rather watch TV and eat ice cream.
